Founder and Managing Director, brings years of knowledge and experience within hospitality and real estate industries. He found Likehome in 2017, and believing in short term rental industry will become part of travelling and essentially benefit tourists and property investors. He is overviewing the company's performance, work directly with senior management to provide strategic advice and direction of Likehome to ensure long-term goals are achieved.
Crystal Wang
Piror to Join Likehome, Crystal worked at China Mobile Communication Group as Senior Manager in charge of Data Analysis and Communication Process. She has brought her knowledge of data, and business process to the Team. As a leader of Senior Management, Crystal currently responsible for the national operation performances including client relations and portfolio performances.
Yoko Yu
I am an experienced professional in the field of property management with several years of industry knowledge and hands-on experience. Throughout my career, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to my clients. As an account manager, I am well-versed in overviewing aspects of property management and client relationship management, including communication and project management.
Dephanie Kok
With the extensive knowledge in both Short Term Rental and Property Management, Dephanie know all the aspects of what it is required for a professional property manager. her previous working experiences in customer services and deep understanding of customer care, make her know what makes a guest a good stay. Currently Dephanie is the National Property Manager in charge and responsible for overview the performance of Property Management Team and Guest Management.
Mona Sha
Mona joined Likehome as a property manager from the begining. Her attention to details ability has brought her portfolio never had a single mistake. Prior to Join Likehome, Mona has many years of experiences in retail and fashion industries. That brought Mona the knowledge and sense of how the good products should be for customers. She is currently the Product Manager of Likehome leading the team of Listing, Onboarding, and Leasing to ensure Likehome Production could creating value and essential benefits our clients financially.
Glenn Gao
Glenn started with Likehome as a marketing specialist. With a great passion for marketing, he developed and implemented creative and unique strategies to drive guest interest through multiple media channels. Prior to Join Likehome, he has years of experiences in guest services and social media running. Currently Glenn is the Head of Likehome Marketing Team. His responsibility is overlooking for the marketing strategies, direction of expansion, and also brand awareness.
Angela Zuo
Angela is particularly specialized in promoting through a range of social media platforms, professional data analysis reports, summarizing the market hot topics, and promotion direction. She participates in the development of the company's market strategy plan and provides unique ideas. Currently, Angela is a Marketing Specialist in Likehome Marketing Team. Her responsibility is to help customers carry out strong publicity to ensure maximization of customers' profit.
